Meet Our Team
Kiarra Magnus
Partner: Design, Branding, Websites
Hi, I am Kiarra Delanie, but you can call me Kia (like the car). I am a brand designer, creative storyteller, and content strategist with over 7 years of experience helping purpose-driven brands find their voice, establish their visual identity, and connect with their community.
I am originally from Kansas City, but my insatiable curiosity for different languages and cultures has led me across the Americas, from the cacao farms in Colombia to the vibrant streets of Oaxaca. I spent three years living the van life, spending most of my time bouncing between Colorado and California, where Santa Cruz became my second home. Now, I am happily rooted in Colorado, and spend my free time trail running with my pup, Sharkbait, sailing on Lake Dillon with my husband, and drinking copious amounts of coffee with my sister, my absolute better half.
Leah Marie Rybak
Partner: SEO, Strategy, Copywriting
I’m a Colorado local with over 15 years of marketing experience and a deep love for storytelling, community, and the outdoors. I work with businesses of all sizes to create thoughtful, strategy-driven marketing—specializing in content creation, social media, and organic SEO. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for meaningful connection and creativity.
Outside of Aspen Alley, I’m the Co-Executive Director and a founding member of TEDxBreckenridge, where I help bring big ideas to life in Summit County.
When I’m not working, you can find me mountain biking with my dog Toby, skiing with my husband Paul (a backcountry ski guide), or sharing wine and poetry with friends. I once lived in Barcelona, and I’m now a very proud new aunt to a little nugget named Nora.
Cat Scanlan

Hi, I’m Cat one of the creative brains (and camera) behind Aspen Alley Creative. I bring a mix of disco energy and mountain grit to help brands show up authentically and stand out in style.
I specialize in storytelling through photography, branding, and social media—capturing the moments, vibes, and visuals that make your business unforgettable. At the end of the day, my work is all about helping you feel confident, look incredible, and share your story in a way that connects.
When I’m not behind the lens, I’m out exploring the mountain town where I grew up. In the winter, you’ll find me skiing in the early morning hours or enjoying hot cocoa during a blizzard. Summer often means mountain biking, and I’m always happy to share trail recommendations—Aspen Alley is one of my favorites.
Come fall, I never leave home without my camera and consider myself a professional aspen hunter.
